Creator Services Agreement
YourBrand, Inc. and Sarah Chen
Effective Date: March 8, 2026
Section 1 — Services
Creator agrees to produce and deliver the following content for Brand: three (3) Instagram Reels and one (1) TikTok video (the “Deliverables”), in accordance with the creative brief provided by Brand. All Deliverables shall be submitted within thirty (30) days of the Effective Date.
Section 2 — Compensation
Brand shall pay Creator a total fee of $4,500.00 USD for the Deliverables described in Section 1. Payment shall be made within thirty (30) days of delivery and Brand's written acceptance of all Deliverables.
Section 3 — Usage Rights
Creator grants Brand a non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, and distribute the Deliverables across Brand's owned channels for a period of twelve (12) months from the date of delivery.
Section 4 — Paid Amplification
Should Brand wish to use any Deliverable as paid advertising (including but not limited to boosted posts, sponsored ads, or allowlisted content), Brand shall pay Creator an additional fee of $150.00 per asset per month of paid amplification use.
